Sea salt with black truffles contains leaves of black truffles. It is used like any other spice. It's also ideal for testing. When rolls, salted strudel and the like are mixed, the dough is coated with whisked egg and sea salt. It gives the test an ideal taste. It is mostly used for sauces, gives the dish a unique taste. It does not contain artificial colors or preservatives.
