It is a combination of Italian cheeses, steamed dough and Swiss melting cheeses, but with a specific and recognizable taste of Stara Planina milk.
Dort can be consumed alone in fresh form, where you can feel its freshness and the specificity of fresh milk that has not been exposed to any treatments during production. It can also be used as an addition to salads, pizzas and other cooked and baked dishes. It can also be prepared as a cheese for melting at low temperatures with the addition of various spices.
Due to the specific method of production and the absence of high remperature during production, Đubek is extremely rich in minerals found in milk (calcium, phosphorus, zinc and a lot of vitamins A, D, E, B3, B2 and B7)
